General The conditions of this environmental authority are in force until a surrender of the authority is accepted pursuant to the Environmental Protection Act 1994. The conditions apply unless an amendment is approved pursuant to the Environmental Protection Act 1994.

The environmental authority holder is to give the administering authority a financial assurance in the amount and form and at a time required by the administering authority. Permit Environmental authority EPVX00822913
- PG3
The environmental authority holder must comply with each of the Standard Environmental Conditions contained in the Code of Environmental Compliance for Exploration and Mineral Development Projects.

Notwithstanding condition, PG3 all exploration activities carried out on EPM27357 must comply with each of the Standard Conditions contained in the most recent version of the Eligibility criteria and Condition

Impacts on Surrounds The holder of the environmental authority will not operate vehicles or machinery within any Endangered Regional Ecosystem.

The holder of the environmental authority will not undertake any vegetation clearing or track construction within the identified Endangered Regional Ecosystem. Condition Land

The holder of this environmental authority is authorised to carry out standard exploration activities on the relevant exploration permits within 500m of a Category B Environmentally Sensitive Area provided that the activities do not cause any significant environmental harm to the Area.
- PI4
Significant residual impacts to prescribed environmental matters are not authorised on EPM26718 or EPM27357 under this environmental authority or the Environmental Offsets Act 2014.
- PI5
Records demonstrating that each impact to a prescribed environmental matter did not, or is not likely to, result in a significant residual impact to that matter must be: (a) completed by an appropriately qualified person; and (b) kept for the life of the environmental authority.
