Pit waters may be irrigated to properties directly adjoining properties owned by the holder of this environmental authority or a third party (with written consent) and subject to compliance with the quality release limits specified in Schedule B — Table 1 (Livestock Water Release Limits).

Pit waters used for irrigation must be conducted in a manner to prevent surface erosion and direct run off to any water way or drainage line.
