ecoaccess environmental licences and permils Environmental Authority (Mining Lease) Non-Code Compliant Level 2 Mining ; Project Permit’ Number: MIN200648107 CONDITIONS OF ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORITY General Permit Condition Agency Interest: Biodiversity PB1 PB2 PB3 Schedule B Additional conditions (B1) The holder of the Environmental Authority must consult with the Environmental Protection Agency to identify the specific values that must be preserved within the area identified as an Endangered Regional Ecosystem 1,2 and (B2) The Environmental Authority holder must consult with the Environmental Protection Agency prior to commencing rehabilitation to determine the most appropriate techniques for the specific area. Important Note to Condition (B1) Condition B1 is a condition that overrides the Standard Environmental Condition (SEC) 14 to the extent that SEC 14 prohibits the holder of the environmental authority carrying out mining activities in or within 1km of a Category B Environmentally Sensitive Area (Endangered Regional Ecosystem).
