Important Note to Condition (B1) Condition B1 is a condition that overrides the Standard Environmental Condition (SEC) 14 to the extent that SEC 14 prohibits the holder of the environmental authority carrying out mining activities in or within 1km of a Category B Environmentally Sensitive Area (Endangered Regional Ecosystem).
