The relevant mining tenement approved for transfer is EPC2089. Please discharge the financial assurance held for environmental authority MIC202308311 to the transferor when lodgement of the financial assurance, to the amount of $2,500.00, has been received from the transferee. This Notice of Decision constitutes the permit documentation. Please note that the transferee must, within 10 business days of receiving notification of the transfer, give each owner of the land to which the Environmental Authority relates written notice that the authority has been transferred to the transferee. If the Environmental Authority holder becomes aware of any inconsistency between the amended Environmental Authority and the plan of operations, the plan must be amended within 28 days, in a way so that it is no longer inconsistent with the authority.
