    Notwithstanding standard condition A14 of the Eligibility criteria and standard conditions for exploration activities up to 25 metres from, but not within, an identified Historical, Archaeological or Ethnographic site within the Croydon Station, Normanton to Croydon Railway (Queensland Heritage Register listing number 600440), the Normanton to Croydon Railway Line (Queensland Heritage Register listing number 600396), the Chinese Temple and Settlement Site (Queensland Heritage Register listing number 602079), the Content Mine (Queensland Heritage Register listing number 602243), the Station Creek Cemetery (Queensland Heritage Register listing number 602375), the Golden Gate Mining and Town Complex (Queensland Heritage Register listing number 645606), Police Reserve Complex (Former) (Queensland Heritage Register listing number 601153), the Croydon State Emergency Services Building (Queensland Heritage Register listing number 600438), and the Old Croydon Cemetery (Queensland Heritage Register listing number 602374).

    An archaeological management plan (AMP) must be developed by an appropriately qualified person prior to commencing on-site activities within the 500 metre buffer of ESAs identified as a State Heritage Place, or within 100 metres of an identified Historical, Archaeological or Ethnographic site.
