The conditions of this environmental authority are in force until surrender of the authority is accepted pursuant to the Environmental Protection Act 1994. The conditions apply unless an amendment is approved pursuant to the Environmental Protection Act 1994.

The environmental authority holder is to give the administering authority a financial assurance in the amount and form and at time required by the administering authority.

The environmental authority holder must comply with each of the Standard Environmental Conditions contained in the Code of Environmental Compliance for Exploration and Mineral Development Projects dated January 2001. Schedule B - Additional Conditions Condition number Condition

Conditions (B1) to Condition (B3) are additional conditions imposed on the environmental authority. If there is any inconsistency between a Standard Environmental Condition referred to in Condition A3 and an additional condition, then the additional condition prevails to the extent of any inconsistency.

In carrying out the exploration activity authorised by this environmental authority, disturbance of land may occur within the Category B Environmentally Sensitive Area (ESA) - Endangered Regional Ecosystem (ERE) marked on the map attached to this environmental authority, but only in accordance with condition B3 and B4.

Any disturbance within the Category B Environmentally Sensitive Area (ESA) - Endangered Regional Ecosystem (ERE) on the map attached to this environmental authority is only authorised to the extent reasonably necessary for exploration holes, drill pads and similar infrastructure used for exploration activities.
