Standard condition A13 of the Eligibility criteria and standard conditions for exploration and mineral development projects is varied only to the extent that the holder of the environmental authority is authorised to carry out exploration activities involving machinery on EPM29631: a) within 1 kilometre of, but no closer than 100 metres from, the category A environmentally sensitive area identified as the Undara Volcanic National Park; and b) within 500 metres of, but no closer than 50 metres from, the category B environmentally sensitive area identified as an endangered regional ecosystem. Significant residual impacts to prescribed environmental matters, are not authorised on EPM29631 under this environmental authority or the Environmental Offsets Act 2014.

Records demonstrating that each impact to a prescribed environmental matter did not, or is not likely to, result in a significant residual impact to that matter must be: c) completed by an appropriately qualified person; and d) kept for the life of the environmental authority.
