Records demonstrating that each impact to a prescribed environmental matter did not, or is not likely to, result in a significant residual impact to that matter must be: a) completed by an appropriately qualified person; and b) kept for the life of the environmental authority. ) G Page 4 of Us ABN 46 640 294 485 Queensland Government Permit Environmental authority EA0001527 G5 G6 The environmental authority holder must ensure that an estimated rehabilitation cost decision is in effect for the activity; and a) acontribution has been paid to the scheme fund in the amount and form required; or b) a-surety has been given in the amount and form required. Where a change in activities will, or is likely to, increase the maximum amount of disturbance caused by the activity, or the estimated rehabilitation cost for the activity, the holder must re- apply for an estimated rehabilitation cost decision. Schedule B - Land L1 L2 L3 L4 L5 L6 Notwithstanding condition A13 of the Eligibility criteria and standard conditions for exploration holder is authorised to carry out exploration activities within Category B Environmentally Sensitive Areas provided that no more than 1.5 hectares of significant disturbance is caused, in accordance with the disturbance areas specified in Schedule B — Table 1, provided that no environmental harm occurs other than the environmental harm authorised by this condition. Notwithstanding condition A13 of the Eligibility criteria and standard conditions for exploration holder is authorised to carry out exploration activities within 500m of a Category B Environmentally Sensitive Area providing that no environmental harm occurs to the Category B Environmentally Sensitive Area as a result of activities undertaken in the 500m buffer area. Significant disturbance caused by the mining activity within the Category B Environmentally Sensitive Areas must not exceed 1000 square metres at any one work location. Exploration activities requiring vegetation clearing within a Category B Environmentally Sensitive Areas should be planned and conducted to minimise impacts to regional ecosystems with Biodiversity Status listed as ‘endangered’.
